Welcome to Bubba's Cryogenic Performance Parts
Cryogenic freezing can offer several advantages, including improved wear resistance,
stress relief, enhanced performance, reduced maintenance costs, and environmentally friendly
benefits.
Industries We Server
By increasing the lifespan of metal components and reducing the risk of failure,
cryogenic treatment can help to reduce maintenance costs over time.
Cryogenic treatment can also be a cost-effective way to improve the durability
and performance of metal plastics and other materials components, while also reducing
the environmental impact of their manufacture and maintenance.
Our Process
We've use a patented deep cryogenic treatment system that can treat a wide range of materials,
such as metals, alloys, plastics, and ceramics. The computer-controlled process takes 36 to 74 hours,
depending on the material, and doesn't alter the material's hardness. It strengthens the entire component
and eliminates the risk of thermal shock and dimensional changes.

Environmentally Friendly
Cryogenic freezing extends the lifespan of materials, reducing the need for new parts and reducing waste.
Additionally, cryogenic treatment can improve the performance and efficiency of parts, resulting in
energy savings and reduced emissions in various industrial processes.

How We Got Started
We started out with cryogenic spark plugs in 2003. Cryogenic spark plugs improve the performance and lifespan of spark
plugs by increasing their strength and durability. The process also reduce wear and tear on the plugs,
resulting in more efficient combustion and reduced emissions. Additionally, cryogenic treatment can help to
eliminate cracking and premature failure of spark plugs, resulting in improved reliability and reduced maintenance costs.
